# Quên mật khẩu

Khi đã quên mật khẩu của tài khoản, bạn có thể sử dụng chức năng **Quên mật khẩu.**

**Bước 1:** Ở trang đăng nhập, bạn nhấn vào link [<mark style="color:green;">Quên mật khẩu</mark>](https://evoshop.vn/forgot-password)

**Bước 2:** Hệ thống đi tới trang **Quên mật khẩu**, tại đây bạn nhập Số điện thoại đã dùng để đăng ký tài khoản evoshop. Và nhấn nút **Gửi OTP**.

**Bước 3:** Mã OTP sẽ được gửi về số điện thoại bạn đã nhập. Nhập **mã OTP** đó vào hệ thống, bạn sẽ truy cập được vào tài khoản.

**Bước 4:** Giao diện yêu cầu nhập mật khẩu mới hiện ra tại đây bạn nhập mật khẩu mới 2 lần và nhấn **Xác nhận** để tạo mới mật khẩu.
