# Quản lý mẫu ghi chú giao hàng

### 1. Thêm mới mẫu ghi chú giao hàng

**Bước 2:** Nhấn vào biểu tượng ![](https://content.gitbook.com/content/Qq5PZDYFfvBrCqUqVIPe/blobs/HuigOqYrvil3gpkTSwCd/mui-ten.png) ở phần **Mẫu ghi chú giao hàng**.

**Bước 3:** Nhấn nút **Thêm mới** ở góc trên bên phải màn hình. Nhập Nội dung ghi chú (bắt buộc nhập) và vị trí hiển thị (không bắt buộc nhập). Chọn trạng thái **Kích hoạt** rồi nhấn nút **Lưu**.

### 2.   Chỉnh sửa mẫu ghi chú giao hàng

**Bước 1:** Nhấn vào biểu tượng ![](https://content.gitbook.com/content/Qq5PZDYFfvBrCqUqVIPe/blobs/AHnhRRpMV0fh2hV5P7ls/n%C3%BAt.PNG) ở mẫu ghi chú mà bạn cần chỉnh sửa.

**Bước 2:** Nhập nội dung cần chỉnh sửa. Sau đó, nhấn nút **Xác nhận** ở dưới cùng bảng thông tin.

### 3. Kích hoạt/Ngưng sử dụng hàng loạt

**Bước 1:** Chọn tất cả hoặc một số ghi chú giao hàng cần thao tác

**Bước 2:** Nhấn vào nút **Thao tác** > Chọn **Kích hoạt** hoặc **Ngưng sử dụng**
